RBL (Realtime Blacklist) check monitors whether your mail server has entered the RBL black lists, also known as SPAM checklists in the world. Enterprise e-mail servers are able to decide if an e-mail address is SPAM by using this blacklists. PingTurk can scan more than 100 RBL lists worldwide and provide you with detailed information if your mail server goes through any of the lists. To start RBL monitoring, you only need to enter the IP address of your email server (MX) in the monitoring address field. With the RBL Blacklist check, you can select the parameters such as monitoring address and monitoring frequency, and then you can set your success criteria for your monitor. These criteria are;

• Listed in any blacklist
• Listed in a certain number of blacklists or more

After selecting the monitoring success criteria, you can select the following alarm criteria to receive alarm notifications when there is an outage or performance degradation that does not meet your defined success criteria. The alarm criteria are as follows:

• Alarm is active
• Notify if measurement is unsuccesful for a number of measurement periods
• Notify when the monitor is successful again
• Refresh alarm at a specific period of time

You can select the users you want to be notified whan an alarm occur, and then decide how you want to receive the notifications. Notification options include;

• twitter DM
• Push notification (mobile applications)
